A special congregational meeting was held on Sun., July 15^th for the purpose of hearing a proposal for remodeling the Fellowship Hall Kitchen. 

With a quorum of full voting members present, we heard an overview of the kitchen’s condition.  Among many issues was the most immediate – the dishwasher.  After working many splendid food events, the dishwasher has groaned its last.  Stakkars!

The proposed remodeling plan outlined equipment and safety updates and work flow efficiencies.  After a thorough discussion, the congregation approved a motion  to allow funding in order to move forward with the proposal.  It’s a big project for our little congregation, but I believe our kitchen is the heart of our church’s Christian and cultural fellowship.  We hope you will agree and support the Trustees and the Kitchen Committee with volunteer opportunities as they are announced.
