The Norwegian Lutheran Memorial Church, Mindekirken, is embarking on a fundraising campaign called Launching the Next Century to raise at least $100,000 to fund a program and volunteer coordinator position. Because of the rich and robust programming offered by Mindekirken, more than 1,000 volunteers are needed during the calendar year to execute programs. When one thinks about it, that is overwhelming!
