Dear Members of the Mindekirken Foundation,
Pursuant to the Bylaws of the Mindekirken Foundation, a Membership Meeting is being called for Sunday, March 26 2023, at 12:30 pm following the 11:00 am. Norwegian Worship Service at the Norwegian Lutheran Memorial Church. (Mindekirken).
Members of the Mindekirken Foundation are defined as Mindekirken members, Mindekirken associate members, and Mindekirken Foundation Friends, defined as persons who have contributed $500 or more to Mindekirken Foundation.
The agenda for the meeting will include:
A review of the activities of the Mindekirken Foundation during 2022
Announcement of the grant monies available for 2023.
A financial review for 2022
Election of two new members to the Board of Directors
You will be able to attend in person at the church, or attend on Zoom. You may log in starting at 12:20 pm, and the meeting will start at 12:30 pm. The log in information will be on the mindekirken.org website the morning of the meeting.
