We collect personal information to provide pastoral care, facilitate community connection, manage ministries, and process financial gifts. This includes:

Contact Information: Names, mailing addresses, email addresses, and phone numbers.
Demographic & Relationship Info: Marital status, birthdates, family relationships, and ministry group affiliations.
Financial Data: Donation histories, tithes, offerings, payment card or bank details (processed securely by third-party processors).
Digital Identity & Usage: IP addresses, browser types, cookies, and website interactions.
Media: Video and audio recordings from our livestreamed church activities.

Our Technology Stack & Third-Party Processors

We do not sell your personal data. To support our mission, we utilize secure, industry-leading third-party service providers. Your information is shared with them only to execute specific services:

Wix: Hosts our website, provides online forms, manages basic site registrations, and analyzes website traffic using cookies. For details on how your browsing data is stored, see the Wix Privacy Policy.
Elexio: Serves as our primary Church Management Software (ChMS). Elexio securely houses our church directory, attendance trackers, volunteer schedules, and internal donor giving records.
Mailchimp: Manages our email newsletters, prayer chains, and community announcements. When you sign up for communications, your name and email are synced with Mailchimp according to the Mailchimp Privacy Policy.
PayPal & Venmo: Facilitate secure mobile and online financial giving. We do not store credit card or bank routing numbers on our local systems; all such transactions are securely managed via the PayPal Privacy Statement and Venmo network.

Livestreaming and Media Ministry

To reach individuals who cannot attend in person, we livestream our worship services and select events on YouTube.

Scope of Broadcast: Livestream cameras are primarily positioned to capture the sanctuary platform, clergy, musicians, and speakers. However, wide-angle shots, congregational responses, or passing moments may occasionally capture the likeness or voices of individuals in the pews.
Consent: By entering our worship spaces during scheduled broadcast times, you acknowledge that your image or voice may appear on the public livestream broadcast and subsequent archival recordings hosted by YouTube.

Children’s Ministry Safety

Protecting children is a top priority. We collect names, birthdates, and parental contact details strictly for secure check-in, classroom safety, and allergy management within our children's ministries. We do not knowingly capture or publish close-up photography or video of minors without explicit parental or guardian consent.

You have control over how your data is managed:

Communication Preferences: You can opt out of newsletter distributions at any time by clicking the "Unsubscribe" link at the bottom of our Mailchimp or Elexio emails.
Directory Visibility: For members listed in our Elexio database directory, you can control what contact details are visible to other church members through your account privacy settings.
Access & Updates: You can request to view, correct, or request deletion of your personal data by reaching out to our administration office.
